Recently I was at the Porcelanosa showroon at Breahead, near Glasgow, for the launch of their X-TONE range of marble surfaces. The highlight of the evening was a chocalateer making choolates on their X-TONE surfaces.Apparently, chocalateers make their hand-made chocolates on marble surfaces. Anyway, I watched in awe as the chocalateer made some chocolates first using white chocolate and then dark chocolate. As someone who loves to indulge in chocolate, by the end of each demonstration, I couldnt resist sampliing some of the chocolate – and it was delicious…
