Any edited photographs displayed on this website are the sole copyright of Ian Arthur Photography and are protected under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Ian Arthur Commercial Photography grants reproduction rights for commercial use to any client and their subsidiary who have received digital files as part of their commercial photography commission. They can be used for advertising in print and digital formats, internal and external communications, producing prints, posters, books and other printed matter, multi-media slideshows and computer or electronic media projects.

The licence specifically excludes the use, distribution or re-sale of those images by the client or their subsidiary to other companies, organisations or sole users. If permission is required to use the digital files for any other use other than direct use by the client of their subsidiary, or if any doubt exists as to the extent of licensed usage, then please contact Ian Arthur Commercial Photography.
